Yahoo! is currently seeking motivated sales professionals and trainees for our advertising sales team in Hillsboro, OR. Sales experience is preferred but not a necessity. We are willing to train the right candidates!

Responsibilities:
* Follow up on self-generated leads selling a suite of online media offerings within an assigned territory.
* Gain an in-depth understanding of the online industry and be able to communicate our competitive differentiation from our competitors.
* Effectively identify a prospect’s needs and offer quality solutions, presenting products to decision-makers.
* Develop and present sales proposals and bundled membership packages to all levels of decision makers and negotiate agreements.
* Consistently meet or exceed non-quota based performance metrics as defined by Yahoo!

Requirements:
* 0-4 years outbound telephone sales experience including cold-calling and closing business on self-generated leads.
* Professionalism, tenacity, and driven desire to earn six figures.
* Excellent communications and persuasion skills with the ability to present the core capabilities and value proposition of product offerings.
* Passion for the Internet Space.
* 4 year college degree is required (BA/BS).
