Okay, so we are wanting to buy our first home. We are a young family on a tight budget and I have heard that you can get great deals on foreclosures. I cannot for the life of me figure out where to find these "great deals". Century 21 person says that I probably need to contact the courthouse?! I dont know anything about real estate, so any advice would be welcomed!! Please reply to my email. Thanks in advance!
