STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Salary: $45K

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of stable, professional accounting experience required
Experience in the professional services industry preferred
Computer Experience/Special Skills:
Advanced MS Excel skills required
Experience using Vision a plus
Job Description:
Join the stylish team of this environmentally responsible architecture firm! Work with Project Managers providing research, collections and spreadsheet preparation support. Assign, setup and record new project numbers, read and prepare client and consultant contract parameters, send notices regarding invoice adjustments and fee authorizations, prepare and send draft billings, and assist in the operation of financial software. Your willingness to step up to any challenge and fill in where ever you’re needed will be highly valued. A minimum of 3-5+ years of stable, professional accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, and sharp analytical skills could qualify you immediately for this dynamic position!
