From a pure capabilities perspective, we are looking for an extraordinary UI developer. We want someone who understands and adheres to very clean markup. You know how to write excellent CSS and XHTML Strict markup, and are familiar enough with JavaScript to write or implement good interaction elements. No design is too daunting for you to produce. You might even have a design background, which is even better.

You must have a good eye for usability and architecture. You’ll have the opportunity to work with our very talented team of strategists, information architects, designers and developers. You play a critical role in the success of our work and our client’s business. Your ideas and creativity are wanted.

Here are the details:
You should be really, really good with this:
- XHTML Transitional/Strict
- CSS 2.0
- XML
- JavaScript
- AJAX
- Standards compliant best practices
- Cross-browser compatibility
- At least one server side technology (Preferably PHP or ASP.NET)

You should also be pretty familiar with:
- SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
- XSLT
- Mobile device development

It wouldn’t be a bad idea to know something about:
- Flash / Actionscript
- XPath

You’ll be using this stuff a lot:
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Visual Studio
- Macromedia Flash
