Willamette Dental is seeking call center experienced individuals for full time Appointment Center Representative positions.Our call center is conveniently located in the Hazel Dell neighborhood of Vancouver, just minutes from I-5.
No Sales, Collections, or Outbound Calling!Our Appointment Center Reps take inbound calls from our dental patients throughout the Pacific Northwest answering questions, providing general information, and scheduling dental appointments for our 60+ offices.
Great Hours!Schedules are Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm.Every 3rd Saturday and 2-3 evening shifts (11 am - 8 pm) per month are required.Evening and weekend scheduling is flexible based on performance.
Requirements:
Call center experience preferred.Strong customer service skills, effective communication, and a high degree of professionalism required.Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.Must enjoy sitting at a computer and being on the phone for extended periods of time.Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
