My son is blind in one eye, due to his brother and him playing with sling-shots when they were kids. My son started working for UPS after high school. They told him he couldn't drive for them until he turned 21. He turned 21, then it was you have to take the eye test. He took the eye test and was told his good eye had made up for the bad eye. Then it was a guy put his application in before my son, although my son had worked there for a week before he did. Now it's their not hiring right now. I don't think their going to let him drive. Is there anyone out there that has went through something similar, or that has a CDL that can give us a little encourgement or advice.
