My name is Angie and I am the owner/director of Angie's Little Hands Day Care, which I opened in December 2006. I decided to open my own daycare after working part-time at a couple of day cares, Shannon's Child Care and Preschool (Shannon A.) and Little Friends Day School (Charene S.) in the Portland area. The experiences at Shannon's, who has been in business more than 20 years, and Little Friends, who has been in business more than 7 yrs. helped me gain the knowledge and experience to allow me to open up my own day care. Opening my own day care has allowed me to spend more time with my five year old son along with all of the other kids that I get to play with and teach new things to everyday.
I am open Monday-Friday from 7-5:30 and currently have full-time and part-time spots available for infant, toddler and school age. I do keep track of a waiting list so if I don't have any spots available to fit your needs, but you're still interested then contact me and I will be able to let you know as soon as something opens up.
