Just want to let the public know that if you are in need of a roof repair and want to spend a lot of money, this is the company for you! I was charged $350 for two roof shingles and 15-20 minutes of their time to find and fix it. Approximately two and a half months later,it still leaked once the rain came down hard again. They did come out and attempt to patch up some other parts of my roof, but a couple of days later, I got a new roof installed by another company. I think that if you can't do a repair, don't charge someone to do it or at least offer a refund, even if it is not the whole amount! I talked to friends and other roofers and they said this price seemed outrageous for the small amount of service that was received. I did write the BBB about this requesting a least half of my money back, but as of today, the company has not responded back to my complaint. I can think of a lot of other things I need to spend my money on like my kids education or clothing for them rather than just throwing it away on a overpriced roofing repair job.
