We are looking for an experienced financial manager for a start-up and ongoing opportunity.Here are some of your qualifications:
Structure and guide business fundraising for start-up
Experienced in attracting and managing initial funding and future investment capital, grant writing etc
Filing all necessary paperwork, setting up escrow as well as other accounts
Keep everything legal and ethical, possibly employing effective low-cost alternatives to traditional fundraising methods
Advise prudent financial management and growth of business, especially during start-up and early phase
Oversee all financial record-keeping, filing and reconciliations
Structure, manage and track all accounts receivables
Structure, manage and schedule all accounts payables
Work with principals to oversee all other aspects of company's financial management
Specialty areas of note:
Experienced in managing e-commerce, merchant accounts, international, offshore banking, currencies, exchanges, transfers etc.
Self-starters, Entrepreneurs, Team players are fine
