I am gone well before dawn and home late sometimes, but when I am around, I'm looking for a roomie to hang with.I enjoy cooking stuff, eating stuff, watching movies, reading, making art, working out and playing outside. I'm fun and responsible and looking for a likewise combination in a roommate.I am laid back and tolerant, but I will not be okay with late rent or late night parties.
The house has to offer: a 9 X 10 bedroom on the main floor, a 9 X 10 bonus room on the lower level that can be used for a hobby room, office, or storage, storage space inside and outside the house, a very large closet in the lower level, an amazing backyard--fully fenced with room to garden and BBQ, a washer/dryer, an updated kitchen, and hardwood floors . I am flexible having your stuff in the shared spaces to make a home we can both kick it in comfortably.
A Well behaved dog or cat is negotiable. No puppies please. A pet would require a $200 non refundable deposit.
Rent is $515 + 1/2 utilities (water, gas, electric, internet). This is a month to month opportunity, last months rent is required.
