I'm moving very soon to Portland from Bend and will be working on Swan Island. I'd like to find something close to work so I can bike or bus. I prefer a room with private bath (but can share), one or two others in house, quite at night. Prefer non smokers/drinkers. I don't have an animal but like them. I also like clean. I can fix anything. I play jazz/blues guitar but don't disturb others with my practice. I hang out with UU's. If your primary motives and values in life are money centered, don't reply.
