Hello,
I have a room that rents for $425 plus utilities. It's
a spacious master room, with 2 big windows. You would
be sharing the house with 2 quiet, responsible males.
I am a music teacher, and the other is in the
restaurant business. We are looking for a drama-free
person, who is considerate (noise levels, etc.), who
can pay the bills on time (preferably a bit early),
and who can keep the common areas clean (dishes,
garbage, etc.). Spring's around the corner, so I'd
like to get a garden started. The backyard is pretty
sizeable for that. We are laid back people, so we are
looking for someone who is much the same. Sorry, no
