One of our housemates moved to the coast for her job, so we're looking for a fourth person to live in our house. We are two guys and one girl, all in our mid twenties.We're all artsy/dorky/geeky/nerdy in our own ways, and are open minded and accepting of others; we're looking for the same qualities in our potential roommate.
The house has been expanded a few times over the years, giving it a number of quirks (most of which are upstairs) that add character to the house.We're located within three blocks of stops for the #12, #33, and #71 bus lines, and nine blocks from a Safeway.The room in which you would be living is 18 x 10 feet, is the only bedroom on the first floor, and has its own entrance from the back porch.The back porch has hooks for hanging bicycles, and there is a spot in the driveway for a car if you need it.The backyard features a small garden and a fire pit, which we anticipate will see more use during the summer.
The rent is $410/month, due the first of every month, plus utilities (which vary from one month to the next, but are less during the summer). No deposit is necessary, and the lease is month-to-month. You will also need to pay a $35 application fee to the property management company.Unfortunately, our lease prohibits pets.
