Two rooms available in a nice four bedroom owner occupied home - one is the master bedroom with own bathroom (rent $550/mo) - the other is just a regular bedroom (rent $400). I am looking to rent out only one of those rooms to a clean quiet reserved drama-free person (no gender preference, just no couples). No frequent guests nor overnight guests. All utilities (except phone) included, however I am fairly conservative with utility usage. First month's rent plus nonrefundable fee of $250 due prior to move-in.
No pets, unless your quiet, small dog (under 25 pounds) gets along with my small dog - does not have indoor accidents, and is not yappy (neighbors will complain!). No drugs, no smoking, no alcoholics. Must be able to pass a background, criminal, credit check.
Would be awesome if you were a handy person around the house and yard. If you'd like, there is a garden area to plant fresh vegetables.
