My mom and I currently share a 2 bedroom, 2nd floor condo in the Murrayhill area in Beaverton (close to Tigard). She is looking to move to Arizona soon, and I'm looking for someone to take her place :) Rent is $750 a month ($375 each) plus your half of the electric and cable/internet.
The apartment is in a good area, close to Washington Square Mall. Easy access to 217, and bus lines are close too. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher are included. The two rooms are identical, and there is one bathroom to share.The place is furnished, except for your room, so you can just bring yourself and your bed, or we can combine our stuff.
I'm 20 years old, easy going but responsible, a home-body during the week. Not a neat freak, but like at least the front rooms to be kept clean. I work full time on a 9-6 schedule and have been at my job for 2 years. I dont cook and hate to do dishes so if you do either or both thats a definate plus :) !!
I am looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, fun, and will pay the rent on time. One person only; Preferably around my age (18-25). Guy, girl, gay, straight, black, white, purple...
