The room is about 10' x 12' and you would share the master bathroom with one of the other tenants.Other amenities include a full size washer/dryer, a 1 car garage and other parking, all newer appliances, air conditioning, a yard that is landscaped for you, as well as a quiet nice place close to the max line.
Rent includes water, sewer and trash, so we split the electric and gas which combined is about $40 per month each at most.
The pictures are from when I (the owner of the property) lived there so the furniture is no longer there.
