I have a "quonset hut" style, semi-circular shelter for rent behind my shop building.It is 44'L x 22' wide storage area, approx. 12' high in the center.Concrete floor.The ends are open, but the yard is completely fenced with chain link, and there are tall arbor vita trees around the property; this minimizes wind and airborne dirt blowing around the area.
Rental is offered for storage or parking only; no work or repairs are allowed.
I'd prefer a tenant who is OK with a 1 year renewable lease, but month-to-month will be considered.A refundable security deposit is required.I have had issues in the past with junker cars, boats, etc., being "left off", so I will require a picture of what you are planning to park here, and I will be present when the item is brought on site.So if you have any problems with that, don't bother responding to this post.
